the Future Is
than We think

Just consider how fast technology has been progressing. It was only 2001 that
the first iPod was launched (re-booting Apple as a company and laying the
groundwork for iPhones etc.). The first version only (only!) at 5GB held 1000
songs ( 10 years later, 40,000). Thirteen years later, the iPod Classic has just been
discontinued, and in this annual ‘new version’ age, the 1st iPod versions look as
quaint as an iPhone 1 and the new Apple devices are essentially becoming wearable, digital health platforms.
The future is coming faster than we think, and 50 years
from now, in 2064, it will be interesting to look back and
have a chuckle at how backwards we were then (now),
and how different the world looks.
